Our office also offers Damon Clear! This bracket was specifically designed for those patients who desire orthodontic treatment with brackets but want the least noticeable orthodontic treatment possible! It is part of the innovative Damon System, which combines tieless brackets and high technology archwires that are clinically proven to move teeth quickly and comfortably with spectacular results. Damon Clear combines the best of traditional clear braces and efficient technology to deliver a discrete treatment experience with results that go beyond straight teeth.
Tie-less braces -- A world without elastic ties
Tie-less braces help reduce the amount of pressure being placed on the tooth and require fewer adjustments because there are no elastics to replace.

The Damon System is not just about revolutionary braces and wires; it's a whole new way of treating patients! What's different about the Damon System is that it allows us to put much lighter forces on the teeth which work in conjunction with the muscles of the face, cheeks, and tongue. This decreases the discomfort that patients feel through the orthodontic process, and greatly increases the types of cases that can be treated with high-force expansion or extraction of healthy teeth! Also, without the elastic ties, it makes the braces much easier to clean which means healthier teeth and gum tissues during and after treatment.
Technology
Damon tie-less braces eliminate the need for elastic or metal "ties." Without the need for elastic ties, the high forces that are responsible for the discomfort of traditional braces and negative side effects such as root shortening and gum recession are greatly reduced. The light forces also allow the teeth to move more freely, which means shorter treatment times for our patients and fewer visits required to achieve truly exceptional results.
